TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations at The Green will be secured by the booker providing credit/debit card details. If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance The Green will charge the full cost of the simulator hire to the customer’s credit/debit card by way of a cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled further in advance than 24 hours will incur no fee. Bookings which are moved to a separate date or time are still considered to be a cancellation.
At The Green we operate an 18s and over only policy for Saturday and Sundays, unless specifically authorised by a staff member at The Green prior to your arrival. Should you require authorisation to bring a minor on a Saturday or Sundays, please contact a member of The Green on 0161 228 0681.
The Green Golf Lessons that are purchased individually or as part of a package will be valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time it is at the Golf Pros discretion as to whether to extend the validity of any unused lessons.
THE GREEN PROMOTIONS
The Green may at their discretion run any number of promotions throughout the course of the year. The Green reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without prior notification for any reason. Promotions are not able to be used in conjunction with another discount, special offer or promotion and will apply only to the standard prices of The Green’s products or services. Certain promotions may require the customer to provide proof of identification, coupon or voucher, if these are not provided when required then the customer will not be able to claim the promotional rate. In all instances the promotion can only be redeemed once per person.
No guest SHALL use, ingest, possess or distribute illegal drugs or other substances or attempt to do any of the same while on The Green premises or in the immediate vicinity. If any of the actions above prove true, the relevant guest will be removed from The Green, and the relevant authorities will be contacted.
All bills must be settled in full before leaving The Green. There are no credit facilities.
ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES
We want all our guests to relax and enjoy the activities and facilities available at our The Green in safety. Guests agree to observe the rules and any signs published or displayed at The Green at any time.
If a guest has an accident or suffers any injury at or in the vicinity of The Green, please report this as soon as possible to a member of staff and in any event within 24 hours of the incident. This information is needed in order to help us comply with our health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes.
ENTERING AND LEAVING THE GREEN
All guests are asked to respect our nearby residents by being quiet when entering or leaving The Green's premises or while in the surrounding area.
USE OF EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
Use of any of the equipment, areas or facilities available at The Green is entirely at the risk of the guest. Induction sessions explaining how to safely and properly use the equipment are available. You must not use any equipment or undertake any activity at The Green unless you are satisfied that you are competent to do so in a safe and proper manner.
When using any equipment and facilities available at The Green, you must take care to safeguard your own health and safety and that of other people, and you will be solely responsible for any loss or injury that you cause to yourself, other persons or to the equipment or facilities to the extent that it is caused through your unsafe or improper use of the equipment or facilities (including your use of them whilst under the influence of alcohol or medication) or your failure to advise staff of a medical condition relevant to your use of the equipment or facilities.
LIABILITY OF THE GREEN
The Green, its servants and/or agents shall not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property howsoever caused, save in respect of death or personal injury to a guest to the extent caused by the negligence of The Green, its servants and/or agents. This is not intended to affect any mandatory rights a guest may have under local law that we cannot legally restrict or exclude.
INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES
In the event of any dispute arising as to the meaning or interpretation of these rules, the matter shall be referred to the directors of The Green, whose decision shall be final and without appeal.
These rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and each guest agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES
The Green may change its rules by displaying notification of the change on www.thegreenmanchester.com
